All year round classes
Feel Good Monday
A 90-minute yoga class exploring a different chakra each week, rooted in the richness of yoga tradition and woven with spiral movement. These classes are always guided by the people in the room, making each practice both themed and responsive to individual needs. Expect an inclusive space for breath, mindful movement, body awareness and connection, with practices that support you to feel more grounded, open and at home in yourself.
9.30am till 11am at the Dell Farquharson Community centre £12
Wednesdays, Duloch Leisure centre
On Wednesdays you can choose between Vinyasa Express, a 30-minute yoga flow for when time is short but you still want to move, breathe and reconnect, or Spiral Flow, a yoga class built around rotational and functional movement patterns, weaving breath, awareness and spiralling actions into a more fluid and embodied practice.

Thursdays at The Yoga Social Yurt in Charlestown
This class comes back to the roots of the Ashtanga Primary Series, explored in a grounded, accessible and supportive way. Open to all levels and all walks of life, we work with breath, movement, drishti and repetition, building the foundations of the practice step by step and helping you develop confidence, understanding and a deeper connection to your practice
6pm till 7pm at the Yoga Social
Fridays at Carnegie Leisure Centre
The Ashtanga classes, 8.30am and 9.30am, follow the same structure, while remaining responsive to the people in the room, with options and variations to welcome many different bodies, abilities and ways of practising.
Chair Yoga at 10.30am is an inclusive, supportive and more meditative class, offering a gentler pace and space to move, breathe, reconnect and feel at home in yourself.

Saturday Yoga in the Glen
A joyful, donation-based outdoor yoga session held every Saturday in Dunfermline’s Glen, open to all bodies, all abilities and all weathers. Expect standing movement, breathwork and meditation in nature, with folding chairs welcome and everything adaptable to the people who come.
Yoga in the Glen is a community offering led by a collective of local teachers and has been running for over 3 years. We usually practise on the lawn in front of Pittencrieff House, and when the weather is wilder, we gather beneath the shelter of the redwood trees.
A suggested donation of £5 helps support the continuation of these sessions.
