A little bit about me…

Hi, I’m Alice, a French yoga and mindfulness teacher living in beautiful Fife, Scotland. I’m passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces where people of all ages, bodies and abilities can reconnect with themselves, feel supported and more present in their lives.

🌈 Lover of Rainbows and Silver Linings 🌈

I’ve been practising yoga since 2004, and it became my lifeline during some of life’s tougher moments. Experiencing for myself how transformative yoga has been is what inspired me to share it with others, and now I teach classes that blend mindful movement, breathwork, chanting and philosophy, all aimed at helping people feel more at home in their body, mind and heart. My teaching is also shaped by the spiral movement work I study through 5 Filaments Spiral Vinyasa, which invites more fluidity, awareness and connection in the body.

I’m a partner, a proud mum, and the human companion to our playful dog and cat. When I’m not teaching, you’ll often find me soaking up the serenity of Dunfermline’s parks, strolling through the Glen, spending time in Nature or enjoying a good coffee in one of our lovely local cafΓ©s.

🌻 Where You’ll Find Me Teaching 🌻

I teach yoga and mindfulness outdoors in the Glen alongside Kittaya, Grace and Lisa as part of Yoga in the Glen. I also run my own indoor classes at Dell Farquharson Community Centre, in the cosy Yoga Social Nurture yurt, and at Carnegie and Duloch Leisure Centres, and I offer workshops both independently and in collaboration with others. Whether indoors or outdoors, my teaching reflects my commitment to inclusivity, connection, and the restorative presence of nature.

What Drives Me

I believe that joy is a practice and community is a gift. Through my classes and wellbeing work, I’m committed to creating warm, welcoming environments that foster growth and connection where people can breathe, move and feel more like themselves.

I advocate for mental health, weaving in tools that support emotional resilience and self-compassion into everything I do.

I’m also proud to be part of wider communities helping to make yoga and wellbeing more inclusive and accessible including:

If you’re curious about my classes, my work, or simply want to connect, don’t hesitate to reach out, I’d love to hear from you. 🌈🌻
