About the workshop
Somewhere between stillness and movement, there is a conversation the body has been waiting to have.
This small-group workshop explores spiral organisation through the body, using the axial matrix, shoulders and hands as the main doorway into Sky Flow. Rooted in the 5 Filaments Spiral Syllabus of Karen Kirkness and Célina Hwang, it is an invitation to move, sense, notice and explore how Opening and Grounding Spirals can be experienced through whole-body support, reach, responsiveness and connection.
We are the illusion of symmetry. Spirals are deeply woven through life and through us too. This workshop offers a subtle, embodied, awareness-led space to explore those spiral relationships through movement, curiosity and felt experience.
Expect a gentle but profound practice with guided exploration, moments of pause and space to let the work land in the body. Less about achieving shapes, more about listening, discovering and meeting movement as a whole-body experience.
No prior experience is needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
All are welcome.

Our space for the day
A 16th century listed building in the heart of Dunfermline's Heritage Quarter, nestled between Dunfermline Abbey and the Carnegie Library. Known fondly to locals as the pink hoose, Abbot House offers a unique and characterful setting for this workshop, with a first floor Flight Room that carries the quiet weight of Scotland's ancient capital all around it.
